Healthy and refreshing preparation with lemon juice and pure honey

Ingredients

(For 4 glasses of refreshing juice).

  • 2 halves of ripe lemon or 2 tablespoons of ripe lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of healthy and pure honey (no sugar required).
  • 4 glasses of cold water.
  • A pinch of salt to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper for added flavor.

How to prepare it.

  1. Take a large pitcher.
  2. Add 4 glasses of cold water to it.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of natural and pure honey and stir well.
  4. Press the cut halves of the lemons into the large bowl or add the 2 tablespoons of ripe lemon juice.
  5. Add a teaspoon of salt and 1/4 of a black pepper to it.
  6. Filter the drink and keep it ready to serve.

How to serve?

Take 4 clean and shiny glasses. Pour the juice and garnish the glasses with mint leaves to enhance their aesthetics.
