Eating oatmeal for breakfast every day helps you lose size fast

You should never skip breakfast if you are trying to lose weight as it will cause you to gain size throughout the day. A recent study has found that oatmeal is the best variant for breakfast.

The study included 36 women and men and they were divided into 3 groups. All of the people consumed 350 calories per day, while the first group ate oatmeal, the second received cornflakes, and the third only consumed water for breakfast, but lunch was the same for everyone.

Satiety levels are recorded in the next 3 hours. To monitor her blood sugar and insulin levels, the researchers also tested her blood.

They found that people in the first group had less desire to eat and consumed 31% fewer calories at lunch. The people who consumed oats lost as many kilos and consumed 50% fewer calories at lunch. The people in the second group were really hungry after 3 o’clock.

Corn flakes raise blood glucose levels and people experience a sudden drop in sugar while oatmeal stays in the stomach longer.
