Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds.
  • One lemon’s juice.
  • Zest of lemon zest.
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, grated.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • 1 cup olive oil and / or sesame oil.
  • 2 teaspoons mustard.

Instructions:

Cover the sunflower seeds with water and soak overnight. Drain and rinse.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate before using.
