Currently, certain edible products, such as fried foods, are made up of ingredients that studies have already shown to be harmful to our health. These fried products contain toxins that in the long run can cause us serious chronic diseases if we consume them on a large scale and as a regular diet. We can say that we are not part of this consumer sector, but unfortunately there is another sector that practically thinks that this type of food called “junk” is part of a daily diet.
We know that the food industry designs these foods in such a way that “you cannot eat just one”, the ingredients make the same palate want to eat more, and in fact feel that it tastes delicious when it is not. It is a whole strategy that, deepening the issue further, would lead to issues of justice that is not what we have to talk about today.
Knowing all this, and accepting in advance that this type of snack is delicious, we offer you a recipe that supplements one of the famous commercial foods that many like to buy. This is the healthy version of “Doritos”. We know you will love it.
