This gluten-free loaf bread is perfect for sandwiches or sandwiches. Made with 7 ingredients, it is very easy to make. This bread is full of fiber (from almond flour, rice, and flax seeds). You can serve this easy recipe for gluten-free bar bread, toasted and spread with the best you can think of to put, sweet or balanced, creamy or not so much, either an almond butter, coconut, homemade jam, banana, or dipped in olive oil with aromatic spices to accompany a delicious salad.

Healthy, easy-to-make gluten-free loaf bread

Serves: 1 medium-sized loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour (flour made from shelled almonds).
  • ¾ cup of rice flour.
  • ¼ cup flax seed flour.
  • ½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt.
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda.
  • 4 large eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, rice flour, flax flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs 3 minutes until foamy.
  3. Stir the vinegar into the eggs.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 7.5 x 3.5 loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool and serve

To store this bread, wrap in a paper towel, seal in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
