How to make crispy cauliflower wings?

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
  • 1 cup of chickpea flour (failing that, it can be coconut or rice flour).
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. sea ​​salt.
  • 1 tsp. melted butter / shortening.
  • 2/3 cup hot sauce of your choice.

Preparation mode Instructions

Preheat the oven to 230 ° C / 450 ° F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, and salt.

Blend until smooth. Dip the cauliflower into the resulting mixture, making sure to cover each piece completely.

Next, place the cauliflower covered with the mixture on lightly greased parchment paper so it doesn’t stick. Bake for 15 minutes, turning to achieve even cooking.

Meanwhile, combine melted butter and hot sauce in large bowl, stirring. When the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and gently add it to the hot sauce mixture. Place the cauliflower back on the baking sheet and cook for another 25 minutes or until crisp.
