What do we need for our Cucumber and Tomato Diuretic Salad?
- 1 large cucumber.
- 3 medium tomatoes.
- 1 small handful of fresh cilantro, minced (or parsley).
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- juice of half a lemon or more to taste.
- fresh salt and pepper.
Procedure to make the diuretic salad
- Wash and peel the cucumber if it has a large amount of wax coating. Cut into small cubes and place in a container.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes. Add the tomato and chopped cilantro to the bowl as well.
