Delicious Applesauce Salad Dressing
This dressing for applesauce, is fast and easy to do and you can enjoy all week in different kinds of salads or dishes. Store it in a glass jar for a week in the fridge.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce.
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar.
- ¾ cup of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- ¾ ground black pepper, more to taste.
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled.
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves.
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves.
Makes 1¼ cup.
Put all the ingredients in a high speed processor at maximum power for about 30 seconds.
