This is a fresh vegetable detox salad, also known as shredded salad. The term “general body cleansing” is quite strange, because for this you would have to assume that the body has been contaminated with something in the first place.
However, vegetable fiber in combination with olive oil does fulfill the function of cleaning the intestines, achieving a detox effect. You can call it cleansing or detoxing, whatever you want. In addition to the fact that this is healthy, it is also tasty, and it tastes better the next day than eating it fresh, although it does lose a bit of vitamins.
How to prepare this detox vegetable salad?

Ingredients that you will need
- 300 g of white cabbage;
- 300 g of green radish;
- 100 g of onions;
- 200 g of carrots;
- 50 g of parsley;
- 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
- 25 ml of soy sauce;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika;
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds;
- 2 teaspoons mustard;
- Sea salt, black pepper.
Preparation of the fresh vegetable salad that will help you detoxify
Grate the white cabbage finely. Use a vegetable cutter or grater to make shavings thinner for a better detox salad.
Add a teaspoon of sea salt over the cabbage, knead until the juice comes out. The salt will make the cabbage soft and pliable, but it will remain crisp, this is best for our salad.
Take your green radish, peel it, cut it into thin strips and add it to the cabbage. Green radish is not as bitter as black radish, so you don’t have to worry about that.
Cut the sweet onions into thin rings and add them to the radish along with the cabbage.
Peel the carrots, rinse well, and grate them into long chips using a Korean carrot grater.
Finely chop the parsley and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Now we explain how to make your salad dressing. Pour extra virgin olive oil into a bowl or jar, add mustard seeds, table mustard, soy sauce, ground sweet paprika, the juice of a lemon, and filter to remove the seeds. Mix well. There is no need to add salt. First, the soy sauce is salty, and second, the cabbage is already sprinkled with salt.
Shake the dressing well in a jar or stir it with a spoon and pour it over the vegetables. Now it’s time to stir the salad, you can even put on some gloves and mix the vegetables well with the dressing, so that they soften and soak up well in the sauce.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl, decorate with a lemon wedge and a sprig of parsley. The salad is eaten without bread. For one serving, an adult requires 200-250 g of salad. It is advisable to eat two servings a day in the morning with a 2-3 hour break. This vegetable salad lasts 10-12 hours in the refrigerator.
