Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa.
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened oat milk.
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia.
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon and / or nutmeg.
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries.
  • 1/2 banana sliced ​​(optional).

Process

  1. Bring the quinoa to cook with water in a saucepan over medium-high heat adding a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Reduce the heat to simmer, cover the pot and cook until the quinoa is tender, and most of the water has been absorbed, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the quinoa from the heat and pass through the strainer.
  4. Add the goat milk, stevia, a pinch of cinnamon and / or nutmeg.
  5. Stir and serve with berries and slices.
