Cucumber salad and natural yogurt recipe
Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe with an inspired dressing made with Greek yogurt, fresh lemon, and garlic. It is a light, refreshing salad and has less than 30 calories per serving!
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers.
- 1 plain Greek yogurt.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Salt and pepper.
- Virgin olive oil.
- Fresh lemon.
Preparation:
We wash the cucumbers well, we grate one of them, add salt and put it in a colander so that it eliminates the water that it releases, for about 30 minutes. Crush well with a spoon to remove all the liquid that we can and put in a bowl.
Pour the natural yogurt and crushed garlic on top, stir it well and test that it may lack as much salt, depending on taste, and add freshly ground pepper. We keep it in the fridge.
We cut the other cucumber into thin slices and we arrange it on the plate, season with salt and pepper.
