Homemade cookies with almonds
Ingredients
- ½ cup of creamy butter (112 g).
- 1 cup of brown sugar (113 g).
- 1 cup of flour (120 g).
- Mint leaves.
- 1 tablespoon of milk (15 ml).
- ½ cup of ground almonds (70 g).
- 1 egg (30 g).
Preparation
- To start, place the creamy butter in a bowl. Then add the sugar and beat. Add the milk and the egg.
- Mix well until you get a well-integrated paste. Then, add the flour and mix with gentle, circular movements until the dough is homogeneous.
- Place a round nozzle in the pastry bag.

- ½ cup of sugar (75 g).
- 1 cup of grated coconut (90 g).
- 1 cup of pastry flour (120 g).

- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (3 g).
Preparation
- First, separate the yolk from the white and beat manually for five minutes, without reaching the snow point.
- Pre-sift the flour with the yeast or baking powder. Reservation.

- Add the sifted flour and then mix until integrated.
- Add the whipped egg white, mixing gently.

- 1 tablespoon of yeast (15 g).
- 3 tablespoons of pine nuts (45 g).
- 1 egg.
- The zest of 1 lemon.
- Mint.
Preparation
- First, beat the egg in a bowl. Next, add the sugar, yeast and cereal flakes.
- Then, grate the lemon peel and add it and mix well until you get a smooth paste.
- Then, put the butter in a bowl, melt it in the microwave and add it to the previous mixture.
- Add the pine nuts and stir gently.
- Next, take small portions of the dough and distribute them in the molds.
- Then, preheat the oven to 180 ºC and leave the cookies for 25 minutes.
- Finally, decorate with mint.
- Oatmeal, seed and nut cookies

- 5 cups of rolled oats (400 g).
- 2 ¼ cups grams of sesame paste (350 g).
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds (150 g).
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds (150 g).
- ⅔ Cup of sesame seeds (100 g).
- 1 cup of walnuts (100 g).
- ⅔ Cup of ground almonds (100 g).
- 6 eggs.
- 2 glasses of coconut milk (400 ml).
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon (20 g).
Preparation
- First, put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until you get a uniform and consistent dough.
- Then, let it rest for a while and place it in a glass container, bathed in oil.
